Couples looking for a cozy retreat
The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was to die for! I enjoyed the freshly cooked options. every bite was a revelation! ! The hosts couldn't do enough for both me and my dog.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The room was pretty small for a couple, which could be a tight squeeze for others. Although we enjoyed a tasty breakfast, not having poached eggs on the menu was a letdown for some. being on the ground floor meant no view for us, just some noise from the street, and the walk into town for dining might be a hassle during inclement weather.

wow, what a fantastic stay at ashburnam guest house! the location was just perfect, right by the beach, and the view from our double seaview room was stunning. we were really impressed with the friendly vibes from colin and debbie, made us feel super welcomed. breakfast was delish, especially the full english, such a treat! loved that it was quiet even though it was in the center, a great spot for exploring hornsea.
the only bummer was that they didn’t provide toiletries like shampoo or shower gel, so remember to bring your own.

Cozy stay with a view!
We had an awesome time here! The sea view from our attic room was just fab. Breakfast rocked, especially the full English, can't get enough of that bacon! Colin and Debbie really make you feel at home. Just wish the WiFi was a bit quicker at times, but totally manageable.
